About These Terms: Written for Clarity, Not Complexity
Legal documents have a deserved reputation for being dense, confusing, and deliberately difficult to read. At Alamtna, we have made every effort to write our Terms of Service in plain, accessible language that any business owner or client can read and understand without legal assistance. We believe informed clients make better partners, and clearer terms lead to better working relationships.
These terms establish the framework for how we work together. They cover what we commit to deliver, what we need from you to deliver it effectively, how payments are handled, what happens to intellectual property, and what occurs if either party needs to end the engagement. Understanding these terms thoroughly before beginning a project prevents misunderstandings and helps both parties maintain a productive, respectful relationship throughout.
We review and update these terms periodically to reflect changes in our services, relevant regulations, and industry best practices. When significant changes are made, we will notify active clients with reasonable advance notice. For website visitors and prospective clients, the current version of these terms is always available on this page, and the date of the most recent update is clearly indicated.
If you have any questions about any section of these terms — or if anything is unclear — please reach out to us before signing any service agreement. We are always happy to explain the reasoning behind any clause and to discuss modifications for clients with specific circumstances that require different arrangements.
Our Commitments to Clients: What You Can Expect from Alamtna
When you engage Alamtna for digital marketing services, we make a number of explicit and implicit commitments to you. We commit to delivering the services described in your service agreement with professional competence and ethical standards. We commit to communicating proactively about your account — not waiting for you to ask before sharing important updates or flagging potential issues.
We commit to treating your business information, proprietary data, and client confidences with strict confidentiality. The insights we gain into your business operations, competitive position, and marketing strategy are used solely to serve you — never shared with competitors, third parties, or the public without your explicit consent.
We commit to honest reporting. If a campaign is underperforming, we will tell you — not hide it behind favorable metrics. We believe that honest, accurate reporting, even when the news is not what you hoped for, is more valuable than comfortable but misleading optimism. Problems identified early can be fixed; problems hidden create larger issues over time.
We commit to continuous improvement. Digital marketing is not a static field, and we do not operate with a static approach. We stay current with platform changes, algorithm updates, and emerging best practices, and we apply new knowledge to your account proactively. You benefit from ongoing learning without having to track the constantly evolving landscape yourself.
Client Responsibilities: What We Need from You to Succeed
Successful digital marketing is a collaborative endeavor. Our team brings expertise, tools, and effort — but you bring something equally essential: knowledge of your own business, access to brand assets and accounts, and the authority to make decisions about how your brand is represented. The quality of your input directly impacts the quality of our output.
The most important thing we need from clients is timely feedback and approvals. When we submit content, creative assets, or strategic recommendations for your review, delays in your response cascade through our entire production schedule. We understand that business owners are busy, which is why we structure our approval processes to be as quick and frictionless as possible — but we do need your participation to maintain momentum.
We also need accurate information. If your business goals shift, if you are launching a new product or entering a new market, or if something changes about your competitive landscape, please tell us. We can only optimize your marketing against the goals and context you share with us. Changes in your business that we are unaware of can make even the best-executed campaign less effective.
Finally, we ask for reasonable expectations and patience. Digital marketing, especially SEO and content marketing, produces results that build over time. There are no legitimate shortcuts to sustainable organic growth. We will set realistic timelines during onboarding, and we ask that you give those timelines the time they need to deliver the results we have committed to achieving for you.
Governing Law and Dispute Resolution
These Terms of Service are governed by the laws applicable in Yemen. Any disputes arising from or relating to these terms or your engagement with Alamtna will be addressed first through direct negotiation between the parties. We believe the vast majority of issues can and should be resolved through open communication without resort to formal legal proceedings.
If direct negotiation does not resolve a dispute within a reasonable period, the parties agree to attempt mediation before initiating any formal legal action. Mediation is a faster, lower-cost, and less adversarial process than litigation, and it typically preserves the working relationship better than formal legal proceedings.
In practice, disputes with our clients are extremely rare. We attribute this to our emphasis on clear communication, proactive problem-solving, and honest reporting from the outset of every engagement. When expectations are clearly set and both parties communicate openly, the kinds of misunderstandings that lead to disputes very rarely arise. We are committed to being the kind of partner that makes formal dispute resolution mechanisms unnecessary.
Terms Built on Mutual Respect
Our Terms of Service reflect our commitment to honest, professional, and ethical business practices. We want every client relationship to be built on clarity, trust, and shared expectations from day one.
Fair & Transparent
Our terms are written in plain language. We believe every client should fully understand what they are agreeing to before starting a project with us.
Client Protections
These terms are designed to protect both parties. Your intellectual property, data, and business interests are respected throughout our engagement.
Kept Up to Date
We review and update our terms regularly to reflect changes in our services, applicable laws, and industry best practices. You will always be notified of significant changes.
Always Open to Questions
If any clause is unclear or you have concerns about our terms, our team is happy to walk you through them before you commit to any service.
Payment & Billing
All services are billed on a monthly basis unless otherwise agreed in writing. Invoices are issued at the start of each billing cycle and are due within seven days of receipt. Late payments may result in a temporary pause of services until the outstanding balance is settled.
We accept payment by bank transfer and other methods agreed upon during onboarding. Refunds are not provided for services already rendered. However, if we fail to deliver agreed-upon deliverables, we will work with you to remedy the situation fairly.
Pricing is fixed for the duration of a contract period. Any changes to service scope or pricing will be communicated in advance and require written agreement from both parties before taking effect.
Intellectual Property
Any content, graphics, copy, or creative assets produced by Alamtna exclusively for your project become your property upon full payment. This includes social media graphics, blog articles, ad creatives, and any other deliverables specified in your service agreement.
Our internal tools, templates, processes, and methodologies remain the intellectual property of Alamtna and are not transferred to clients. You are licensing the output, not the underlying approach.
If you provide us with your brand assets, logos, or existing content for use in campaigns, you confirm that you have the rights to use those materials and grant Alamtna a license to use them solely for the purpose of delivering your services.
Understanding Your Agreement with Alamtna
When you engage Alamtna for Digital Marketing, you are entering into a professional partnership governed by these terms. We take our obligations seriously and expect the same from our clients. This mutual accountability is what allows us to deliver consistently excellent results.
Our terms cover everything from how services are scoped and delivered, to payment schedules, intellectual property ownership, and what happens if either party needs to end the engagement. We have structured these terms to be as fair and balanced as possible.
We strongly encourage all clients to read these terms in full before signing any service agreement. If you have questions or need clarification on any section, our team is available to discuss them openly. A well-informed client is a happy client, and that is always our goal.
